SSATB song about how no matter what is happening in our life, when we sing we come back to ourselves. This works really well in a workshop teach or as one to teach over a choir term. The chorus is fun to loop on its own if you want to sink into it with your singers.
 
The lower Soprano part goes up to a C (above middle C) so can also be sung by upper voice Altos. The upper Soprano part goes up to an E above Middle C.
